Our Day
The Sisters' day normally begins at 5.30 am and at the centre of each day is prayer.
- The Mass
- The Prayer of the Church (the Divine Office)
- The Sister's own personal prayer time
- Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
- Scripture Reading and personal devotions (Rosary, Stations of the Cross etc)
